There are stairs to our clinic, however if you are disabled and unable to access us via the stairs please send us a direct message and arrangements can be made.
Please be aware of our policy regarding cancelled, rescheduled or missed appointments.

As of 1st October you will be required to pay a £20 deposit to secure your booking. This does not apply to follow up appointments. When booking a initial consultation this £20 deposit can be redeemed off any treatment.
If your deposit is not received within 48 hours of your booking, this appointment will be made available to other patient’s.
Cancelling/Rescheduling Appointments
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients.
However, we understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request the following notice of change is given:
-More than 48 hours - deposit will be refunded.

-Within 48 hours - deposit is non refundable, however it can be transferred to another appointment.
​
-On the day cancellations & missed appointments - deposit is non refundable or transferrable.
